Enuff bout food please!

haaa iye la tu..ok food is always an interesting topic to share. I am sure many out there love to eat. I am not that food goer in the sense of tiap2 minggu mesti try out tempat memacam. How i wish i can make that as a leaving. Ok, remember i made macarons?


Da sesiap abis buat macaron tu i made ice cream cake!YES...semangat ni memasak. Baru semalam la makannye selepas few days simpan lam peti es. wa cakap lu!SEDAPPPP!i took this recipe from nanirostam.blogspot.com. Kalu teringin nak makan ice cream kek tu tayah le nak p baskin robin ke alexis ke..its all in your home..in fact, budak sekolah rendah pon bleh buat..
look at the caramel coated pecan..yum!!

A very determine attempt

Salam,
  
   Semalam entah ape antu merasuk aku, aku duk pulun buat kuih..I guess my enthusiasm is because i really want to venture to food biz hehe...so i made a Macaron..I started to fall in love with macarons since i went to Paris.kat situ le pestime makan macaron.  
This is one of the best macaron in Paris..It is

The picture above explain it well..So i tried to make it coz in Malaysia so far i only found 4 places that sell this:
1. Nathalie Gourmet, Solaris Dutamas
2. Molten Lava, One Utama
3. Whisk, Empire Subang
4. Levain, Jalan Damai

The price range from RM2 to RM4.50. I have tasted Whisk macaron and it is not recommended, i have tasted Molten Lava and by all means please buy. I have yet to taste the best. 

Disebabkan kesusahan untuk mencarinye saye pon bikin lah. Semalam was my second attempt. outcomes?obviouslly better than the first time la kan..i made toffee, blueberry and cream filling. Color2 mac tu ader blue, purple, fuschia, pink..hijo...i baru pandai buh color. belom pandai buat flavor.

Gigih ni buat...pukul punye pukul maka jadi la...tetapi!!haaaa masa bakarnye lah where the challenge is..kali ni i buat merekah2 jadinye.

April oh April

This is my first entry and i should share basic story about me before i start to whine and gossip at this space.
Firstly, I am married to a loving husband close to 2 years and our marriage is blessed with an adorable son (10 months old at time of this entry) and currently i am JOBLESS..(ye saye sgt frust sebab tu tulis font besau). What ticked me to start blogging again is solely because i feel motivated reading all this mothers yang tak bekerja punye blog..not just mother la basically people who blog and share their little but interesting side of their life and also share a lot of tips, places they went and many more...nak2 pulak i stay at home everyday with anak yg tak pandai ckp lagi ni..so manyak bosan xde geng nak berstory mory..here is where i can let loose myself..

ok...during my sooo banyak free time ni, i will cook.i started to love cooking when i am married.mmg la i pandai masak..tapi dulu sangat ler MALAS..so now ade yang menanti dengan penuh harapan hidangan menanti diatas meja..so jadi le rajin..
